Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of azmustangshockeyclub.com (the “Site”) and any programs, camps, clinics, teams, or services offered by Arizona Mustangs Hockey Club LLC (“Arizona Mustangs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, registering a participant, or participating in any Arizona Mustangs program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

All registrations for participants under the age of 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and agree to these Terms on behalf of the participant.

2. Registration & Program Participation

  • Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by Arizona Mustangs.

  • Arizona Mustangs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

  • Program details, schedules, coaches, locations, and formats are subject to change.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedule listed at registration unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Missed sessions, player withdrawal, injury, illness, suspension, or dismissal do not qualify for refunds.

  • Arizona Mustangs reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend participation for non-payment.

4. Assumption of Risk

Ice hockey is a contact sport and involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, bodily injury, concussion, paralysis, or death.

By participating in Arizona Mustangs programs, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

5. Waiver, Release & Indemnification

Participation in Arizona Mustangs programs requires execution of a waiver and release of liability.

By registering, you agree that you must accept all required waivers before participation is permitted. Failure to agree to required waivers will result in denial of participation without refund.

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arizona Mustangs Hockey Club LLC, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants and families are expected to behave in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner.

Arizona Mustangs reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or spectator whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or contrary to the values of the organization, with no refund.

7. Medical Authorization

By registering, you authorize Arizona Mustangs and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. You agree to be responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

8. Use of Image & Likeness

Unless expressly revoked in writing, you grant Arizona Mustangs permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of participants and families taken during programs for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Disrupt or interfere with Site functionality

All Site content is the property of Arizona Mustangs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Arizona Mustangs may use third-party platforms for registration, payment processing, communication, or scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or participation in Arizona Mustangs programs shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

Arizona Mustangs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
